Man this is the spot!! The food was delicious to the core, service was amazing with decent portions, very welcoming staff and clean environment. The roti was unreal with the curry goat, so unfortunately there was no pictures due to the deliciousness Overall an amazing small business in queens.

Stopped by for lunch and was happily surprised. I ordered the curry goat roti and the double with everything in it. The server was delightful and helpful. She waited patiently while I made my decision and asked which type of roti I wanted and if I wanted to include sauce or not. The food lasted me for two days and it was finger licking good.

Ordered from GrubHub. I needed information on a menu item so I called the restaurant. First off customer service from Nikki via phone was 10/10. She understood the assignment lol. Most importantly the roti in whole was AMAZING!! The dhal puri was perfectly made and not dry and tough. The curry goat was not salty like most of the other places I have tried. This will be my spot and next time I will go pick it up myself.

I left here very happy. The rotis are delicious. My wife and I loved the shrimp roti. The doubles were also very flavorful. I'd love to go back.

Extremely clean place! If they keep the consistency, food quality, portions, service nice, they will be a competitor to Trincity. Very convenient location. Right off Van Wyck expressway Rockaway exit. Got goat curry, very flavorful, my roti was just right, a little brown outside. Parking could be a problem. Very congested area, may loop around to find a spot. Will be back definitely

Excellent doubles. Perfect texture with bothe the Bara and chicken peas. Extremely polite and friendly service, which was very engaging and enjoyable. Clean and easy to the eyes ambiance. I would come here again and try different dishes and also refer my friends and colleagues to try this delicious hidden gem. Thanks Nikiè

In a Facebook Group named "Eat Something New in Queens", I saw a post from a member who suggested that this place was worthy of a visit because the food was good. Now, I am no connoisseur of West Indian food but I do know a little bit of the expected flavors. Since I was in Queens today, I decided to pop in for a visit and get some food. I did a little homework before visiting and saw that a popular item was called "Doubles" this is a Trinidadian type of sandwich which consists of curried chickpeas tucked between two pieces of fried flat bread and dressed in tamarind and coriander sauces, mango chutney, kuchela (spicy, green mango chutney) and cucumber. I introduced my self to Nikkie who walked me through the entire process of putting Doubles together. I ordered 3 and got a free one via a Yelp special. Additionally, I got some Dhal, Roti (aka bussup shot), Chinese style Chicken and most important a bake with codfish. The latter was a substitute for the classic Trinidad Bake and Shark. While it may appear I settled, I also looked forward to tasting the bake and codfish because I had it before and loved it. The food was scrumptious. I did not have any doubles but those who tried gave it two thumbs up. The chicken was good not too dry and tasty. The Dhal was spot on. Most importantly, the codfish and bake was a hit. I had it with the hot sauce and it was delicious. It's not something that I would have often due to the saltiness but it is a scrumptious morsel of food. Overall 5 stars on the food. The place was clean and bright. The host Nikkie was very nice. She walked me through every item and answered all my questions. The experience with her was 5 star all the way. Well done! The prices were on par with other West Indian places and there are signs for lunch specials. My only quibble was parking. The business is right in front of a Bus stop which would bode well for them but parking is not very accessible. It took me a few circles before I found a spot near the park across from the Tyre shop. Nevertheless, I recommend giving this place a try. Good food and an excellent host. It's a winning combination.
